Operating Sessions

SESSION 1: Wednesday 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm -- SOLD OUT
SESSION 2: Friday 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm -- SOLD OUT
SESSION 3: Friday 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

With railroads ranging from long runs in full scenery to no scenery but a lot of switching, there will be plenty of operating session opportunities.

There will be 13 off-site sessions with 117 different operating slots available, on Wednesday evening, Friday afternoon and Friday evening. (Click on the railroad names for more information and pictures.)

Note that several of the layout sessions are now SOLD OUT - there are only a few spots left.

To discourage no-shows (which can negatively impact operating sessions for everyone involved) a $10 deposit is required for each session; this deposit will be refunded at the operating session. In the weeks leading up to the convention, we will be sending emails to get your list of preferred layouts and to confirm assignments.
